BOI was founded in 1979 by Dr. Hans Haiböck.
Since 2014, the company has been managed by the second generation.
Managing Director is Frank Sinner.
Ms. Daniele Haiböck-Sinner provides strategic advice, coordinates our marketing
activities, and manages our
research projects.

Our excellent and highly qualified IT employees are the basis of our service competence:
Gerhard Greinecker, Sabine Winkler, Wilfried Haider, Joost Meuwissen, Andreas Zimmermann und Dieter Müller-Wipperfürth.
Our software engineers know all BOI products down to the smallest detail. They have acquired the highest level of expertise through many years of experience in developing BOI software products TABEX4, JTC and BOI FreeDa

Our marketing experts are responsible for our corporate identity and professional corporate design: Martina Haiböck and Victoria Hainz
Professional corporate communication, targeted marketing, the high quality of our product helps and technical documentations, as well as an appealing corporate design are their core competences. Victoria Hainz is also responsible for the design of the FreeDa User Interface, and Martina Haiböck manages our activities in social commitment.
