On December 1, 2023, Daniele Haiböck-Sinner handed over the management of BOI Software Entwicklung und Vertrieb GmbH to Dr. Frank Sinner.
Ms. Daniele Haiböck-Sinner continues to work for BOI as an authorized signatory. In future, she will provide strategic advice, coordinate our marketing activities and continue to manage our research projects.
In addition to the management, Mr. Sinner will continue to be responsible for key accounting and will remain available for customer inquiries.
